Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Hardware Supply

Hardware once sold and delivered cannot be returned unless found defective upon arrival. Manufacturers' warranty applies to all hardware products.

2. Service Contracts (AMC)

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) can be cancelled with a 30-day notice period. Refunds for the remaining period will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, subject to deduction of administrative charges.

3. Hosting & Digital Services

Refunds for hosting services are subject to the specific terms of the hosting plan. Typically, there is no refund for partial months of service usage.
